DESCRIPTION

Also called Partridge Breast Aloe, the "Tiger" Aloe is a small, stemless succulent with leaves usually arranged in three ranks that grow upward from a rosette giving an interesting tiered effect. Each leaf is irregularly variegated, alternately dark green and clear stripes. The leaf borders are unevenly armed with tiny, white teeth. 

The "Tiger" Aloe grows best under bright direct or indirect light away from drafts. Water it regularly allowing the soil to completely dry out between waterings.

The blooms of a "Tiger" Aloe is a raceme - a long stalk with hanging flowers on it. The fragrant blooms are commonly orange with green edges but may vary  from a salmon pink to dull-red and occasionally yellow.
