At Tumbleweed Plants, we want your home to flourish with every purchase. If your greenery or home goods aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging; please note that live plants must be reported within 48 hours if they arrive damaged.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier; once received and inspected at our greenhouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
