Imported from Japan. Brachychiton rupestris, commonly known as the Queensland Bottle Tree. This unique and striking tree has several notable features that make it a captivating addition to any landscape. Brachychiton rupestris is recognized for its distinctive swollen trunk, which resembles a bottle or flask, giving it the name "Bottle Tree." The trunk is typically smooth and can reach significant sizes, providing an impressive focal point. The tree has a canopy of large, lobed, and serrated leaves that offer a lush green appearance. In addition, during the spring or summer, it produces clusters of bell-shaped flowers that vary in color, ranging from cream to pale yellow or even pink.
