DESCRIPTION

Also known as Fantasy Venice, the Tradescantia nanouk is a special type of spiderwort plant with pink, white, purple, and green stripes pattern in its leaves on upright chunky stems. The lush leaves of this trendy plant are remarkably healthy, strong and plump making it an appealing choice for houseplant lovers.

Although most Tradescantia plants originated in Mexico, South America, and Central America, the Nanouk cultivar is unique in a way that it was developed in Sappemeer, Netherlands in 2012. It originated in a program aiming to create a more robust and hardy Tradescantia.

Because of its vigorous nature, the Tradescantia nanouk is quite easy to maintain. Under optimal conditions, this plant can bloom small and star-shaped flowers that have white, yellow and pink accents.
